I think RaiYou made some thread explaining what each dyno slider made.
If that is right, drive your car and modify its behavior until it suits your needs. There's gonna be a lot of trial and error and time wasted to get where you want, but'll be the best setup you could ever ask for.

For maxed manana, try messing with aerodynamics and tyre pressure, +10 -10.
