Well... It says right there. You're out of either RAM or VRAM.
Go to the server settings (F11 in freeroam) and turn the vinyls quality to a lower setting.

Have you ever thought about.. doing what the cars tell you?

"Restart MTA" - I think that's an important hint.

Explanation: There was an update which replaced the "white cars bug" with that livery, to make them people clear, that they have to restart MTA. Because the program doesn't have enough memory (RAM, you can check it in taskmanager) to display more vinyls and paint jobs than you had already loaded (streamed).

Simple: If you see that, restart MTA to fix it.

I restart MTA...

RE: Paintjob problem - deadboy - 23-07-2017

If it's still there after you restarted MTA, then your PC is too weak.

I suggest to choose another garage, where aren't many players. LV south, LS west or Fort Carson would be a good choice for you.
Also check ingame F11 - Video - Advanced settings, and enable the first option "Aggressive memory cleaning"

If it shows quickly after restart, i suggest trying to change vinyls quality in f11 > video. It could happen if this texture is saved for that car on your computer, which shouldn't ever happen, but it's worth trying.
