Hello,
I decided to replay NFSU and realized that there (and in other numerous games of nfs series) is a bonus for Clean Section/Lap/Race (not hitting walls or traffic during section/lap/race) and thought it would be nifty here, in nfssa, since it could potentially stop the abuse of walls/wall arrows in circuits/URLs/Street-Xs.

The thing I am not sure about is the bonus/reward for that. in NFSU it is bonus Style Points, in NFSU2 it is a part of racebreaker and thus gives bonus nitrous.
It could be bonus% to RP/$ or maybe an increased chance for bodypoint drop? Only reasonable bonus I see is +1% RP/$ per each clean lap. Clean section is not needed I guess.
Alternatively, RP/$ could be cut for hitting walls instead of bonus. But then it shouldn't be too large of a cut (with a limit).
It is just a nifty idea i've thought about and you can still abuse walls if you want, I guess.
The idea is nice, but i doubt it will succeed to prevent people to wallgrind or etc. i would rather get 100$ with a top time from wallgrinding than a 300$ plain win.

a bit off topic but still about abusing, pls add a lockdown time for shift+x ing. it's usable as an instant brake.
Not bad idea, but people would farm bonuses in races by driving slowly, trying to don't hit anything. It could be abusive.

i've never seen anybody using shift+x

in general, this is a nice idea.

in Three Cities (both tracks) there's quite some turns that is abusable from brake-reset and wall grinding. Especially at 45-55% zone.

Also:
disable the collisions on arrow walls should fixes the problem, though I prefer it to keep it as-is.
wall grinding is quite fun to be honest
