7th suggestion: Partially already, you don't have to buy performance parts again if you owned them before on same car (this was introduced with dyno update i think)
Although it is not present for body parts.

On the other side, all the stuff in paint shop (vinyls, paint) except paintjob saving is free, so i guess it is kind of a tradeoff.

Meh, as Rarti said, there are some warps with current system, I don't want it to be changed, it's good. Also you can't "cheat" with that, in duels shift+X resets you in the same place

Good, but make it as a toggle option, just like you can set which vinyl layer is on the top, you would be able to set also that

That's cheap, really. But agree with making the Visual parts free after a purchase, just like Performance parts. it's inconsistent to not having both work that way.

Normal parts are 100-700$, and thats really cheap. Performance parts pro are above 1k
Visual tuning is way cheaper than performance tuning parts
