My suggestion would be to deploy a list of friends on the server. So that the list of the members of your crew is similar. That they were marked on the map by another color similar to the members of their crew. I do not know if this suggestion has already been given, if so, I apologize.

I'm Brazilian, I apologize for improvised English.
I like this idea, I would also add what i thought about this:
Make their map marker color different with crew member's.
Chat notification when they entered or left the server, just like crew's, and an option to enable or disable it as well.
Adding a friend can be done one sided only, not having the other accept our request. It can be done similiar with adding crew members, via right click menu or a chat command [/addfriend].
Removing one from the friendlist will have a same method with un-ignoring command, with [/unfriend <friendID>] or possibly make it simpler with [/unfriend <Nickname>] but this would cause an issue if the person you wish to remove changed his nick. Friend IDs can be seen on [/friendlist].
k, +1.

unless you add the friends list by login instead of the nickname.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestion encouragement
Please, let the other guy accept the Request. I dont want that 100 People get notificated when I get online XD

ImYoDream is right
I am fine with that too. I am suggesting it one sided only because it should be easier to implement.
Good idea indeed, but I doubt it is necesarry on the server, since like every single players says smth when he enters the game, or the fact that the map is small and the chance of you missing on of your friends are extremely low. I'm not saying that it is a bad idea, I am just saying that it is a bit useless, doesn't bring nothing new to the table
