When I play in nfs:sa mta is suddenly jammed and after a while comes out "Program not working" and mta is crashing. The problem only occurs on nfs:sa, some help?

It may be caused usually due to modded GTA:SA files or low PC (tell us your PC configuration)
Try reinstal whole GTASA and MTA from zero and eventually tell us your PC configuration.

Reinstall again made a long time ago, the same.

MTA changes. And NFSSA is very complex server that requires much much more PC resources than any other MTA server. Typical MTA server doesn't have any special requirements, just typical PC that can run GTASA, on NFSSA it's way different. Such complex server needs much more from PC, more resources, more memory.
By telling us your PC configuration we cam rate if your PC is enough for NFSSA or too weak.
