The fact you couldn't, doesn't mean the others couldn't too
I can only agree that there's some trouble with Missionary Hill [R], without AWD car is nearly impossible to climb up without losing your combo at some point. Other maps are just fine, there are RWD cars which definitely will do a job properly.
Please show me a video where you get up the mountain with a RWD car without losing your combo
Just be that kind and look at some top scores. Making 207k with Futo at The Hills wouldn't be possible without holding the combo during going uphill a'ight? Same with Missionary Canion (making over 300k in RWD ZR-130 is a proof strongly enough, Jester has also enough power to go uphill without losing combo), same with City Lights [R] which is not only quite steep in some places but also bloody narrow.

Actually making 200k at The Hill without climbing the hill is surely possible XD same with missionary canyon
Seems that you have no clue about it. To precise, the steepest point at The Hills, where losing combo is most possible, is when your combo is at about 100k pts (took Futo as an example, and i mean quite average run). Racing line has to be almost perfect to hold the combo there and go for 200k and more. So if you're telling me that making 200k before that point is "surely possible" then where the heck were you hiding your drift skills all the time? x))

Actually, I got Futo and also can't climb that hill in no way. I never went back to that track because of it.
It's not a piece of cake but it's definitely possible. Actually you can count on one hand people who did this using RWD car
