There's actually a bug to temporary disable them but i am not sure if it's okay to tell it, definitely don't wanna get banned for sharing dark stuffs. Other thing i don't really get is also that the devs don't seem to care about this bug and actually permits those who know to use them as they wish lol.
That bug shouldn't be ever fixed for the sake of the random race, drift, drag, cruise events, stunts and any other freerun events that can be organised. It is very favorable to have the option of removing the pursuits while you really don't need it and if it would spoil a collective stuff in freerun. So imo that shouldn't be fixed as it does not mess the gameplay, but moreover is a big plus in its manner.
everyone hates cops, even devs, so yeah this exploit is good
