What's the best car for police pursuits? (in addition to Locust 69)

Washington [it's realy heavy car], monroe, sultan, infernus. But with proper dyno almost all cars can be good on pursuits

What's the best dyno then?

Who knows? Im not good at pursuits, but im generaly using +10 in tire pressure -10 in center of mass and +10 in downforce.
