It's pretty common that players who get Permanent, Serial banned are never allowed to play on the server again. "What kind of server is it" Dude, you got Serial Banned. You must've done something really fucked up.

but i'm not a bad player, i didn't do anything to server, or i wasn't cheating. if i was insulting someone, then why didn't moderators mute me, but ban me?

You better start hacking Bartek's computer and find out where he lives, otherwise he won't even notice you.
Although it's easy to contact him through Discord, it's by far not as easy to get a reply from him.
Still, I think that would be your best bet, to contact him directly.
On a side note, it's this kind of lack of transparency that bothers me. Why all the secretism and loud silence from the higher ranks? If Quindo already seen this why hasn't the ban reason and the reason not to unban already been posted here? Why shut up middle sentence? It just generates confusion and makes situations get dragged unnecessarily even creating conflicts in some situations.
