Hello everyone. I didn't want to write it, but seems like I have to. I was banned for using "exploits": decrease frame frequency on start and increase it further. After someone (I know who it is, but I won't write nickname of him) proved my cheating, I stopped to do it and started to play fair. I won't hide it: I used these "exploits" a lot of time including URL, but no one could prove it. Also I didn't know that using that "advantage" is absolutely forbidden, but ignorance of the rules doesn't exempt from liability. However, after about 40 days I connected to the server and after playing about 20 minutes access to the server's turned out to be banned again. Reason of ban was "Playing with another serial". The fact is I haven't changed anything, but I tried to change serial number. I explored the banning system (namely serial ban) good enough, but I couldn't connect to the server using the same PC. I still have the access to the server from laptop, but I prefer to don't connect there. Also I've got banned since July. Why my ban was lifted and who unbanned me? Please, give me one more chance. Players are always ready to prove someone cheating. If I'll do something like that, they'll do what they supposed to. If it's needed, I can write pseudonyms of administrators who banned me.
I think you deserve unbana, because from what I know, you only exploited how you traveled with Anod1ze, but compared to it, you were able to say like a real guy, not like an anode, it exploits itself and reports, and reports people, that use exploits when you do not get to them yourself.
At least he didn't "bullsiit" us, further accept his responsibility as a dude who just cheated. He's playing fair now, tho. I'm not mentioning the situation on Moderator staff, mind you. Welp smg tells me that there's a mess on their activities as well. But you know, who cares? Not me. D0ge neither. I mean he's not even trying to contact them in any way. Thus the truthfulness behind the ban reason is not linking to any kind of "personal stuff". Bcuz, he could be mentioned as a one who DID played wrong with Mods (<to have smg personal>, e.g Turkish war featuring yamato). On the other hand, it means certain moderator is mistaken (maybe again).
Imo the exploits are simply not mentioned inside the in-game rules, just "don't you dare cheat or use software blah-blah-blah". For instance, i rly still dunno what is it exactly. So I could have set 30 fps for maybe, recording without those annoying framedrops, a'ight? Then I play URL, aaaaand an unfortunate ban slaps on my face. Is it fair? I don't think so.
Talking about the exact ban, there's a mess while discussing the reason. Firstly you need to talk with mods as well. Then D0ge tries to be nice next time. Say wut? Again, there's a mistake on Moderator's action. Moreover the traditional rule about a erhm... "First time deserves an another chance" works too, i hope.

I am positive that many people noticed you using it for a pretty long time, calling you out. Saying "I play fair now" doesn't hide your past.

Of course. As I wrote: "...ignorance of the rules doesn't exempt from liability" and I understand completely what I did in the past.
