Actually this top time is fake, Fairlady used one broken bug to make it [Only for test? that was told by nfssa team]. Nfssa team should delete it ~month ago... idk why it is still here

also im here for over 2 years and it doesnt look like you been more than a year so i dont understand what right do you have to assume

Yes it's a bug. We have been waiting to be fixed for a while. And if you check Fairlady's car score you can know for sure that it is a bug.
