I'm almost sure that this was already asked, but with the details about modifying a car this game has, it has a lot of potential to be a better game. With the incredible number of car mods made for GTA SA it could be fantastic, and with constant updates.

IF you don't know real car won't be added to server and they won't use mods made by other people
If we used car mods, we would have to pay the modelers and publishers of the mod
This suggestion was declined multiple times for obvious reasons and it is pointless do discuss it further.

God, the people of this forum need to know that modding was meant to be free, not paid.
Also about this suggestion real cars dosen't fit the server atmoshpere. (some lowpoly cars would be great tho)
The models are personal for each modeler and some prefer to make them public, while others sell them for a price and it's normal, so if you want quality mods you would have to pay to get them and the permission to use them.
Also keep in mind that the server is original for all its mods, not borrowed ones but hand-worked.
The server uses only models in "GTA SA Style" so it will be never accepted
