That would make more sense i think. We can implement it even in custom race, and the newbies could have more chance in a specific class. The best thing you can do nowadays is create a race with a name "Only C or B class" then kick everybody who joined with other cars, but that's not so effective, and i feel bad almost for everybody that i have to kick for a reason (i've never kicked any player from my races unless it was a specific reason like "my friend still have to join and the lobby is already full", or I just got mad at 1 guy cause some reasons).
Tbh i think of this option for a month now to have a filter in custom race where you can only race with only A,B,C or any class. Or just completely omit some class from your race, like you can join to my race with any class, but not with A class or with muscle cars.
About the pro url players post their own setup for casual gamers: i wouldn't be naive on that, but could worth a shot.
