How much free time do you have to moderate server?
Can be from 2 to even 8 hours per day, depends on how busy I am.

What do you do when someone starts spamming messages on chat?:
First thing I would do is warn that person, if that person won't stop I'd probably mute him/her for 30 minutes or so.

What do you when someone starts insulting other players?:
Depends how hard those insults are. But I wouldn't warn them, I'd mute those people right away and, once again, depending on the insults  it would be from 15 minutes to days even.

Why do you want to join moderators team? (at least 100 words)
First of all, I really love this server, I've been playing a lot on it since I joined it for the first time. Second, sometimes polish language channel goes (sorry for words) ape shit, mainly when yokou's not online and he's the only guy that can do anything about this shitfest, so I'd like to help him.

I think you have a decent shot at the position, you are very active and liked by everyone. It's bad that you don't have experience, but you can as well acquire it on the server and be helped by all the other moderators in times of need. Good luck!

You've always been friendly to people, at least from what I can remember. So can't really say anything bad. We don't know each other good enough, but I think despite the lack of experience your attitude is what could possibly make you a good moderator.
