When I try to delete my covers the game soft locks

A reinstall should fix it. At least it did after I had a soft-lock issue like this (not with magazines though).
Anybody else who has this issue? I’ll try to remove some covers myself today
I think I already had this issue, when it happened I closed MTA and opened it again and solved it
