Hello so i got unlocked the BBS 2 rims set and it starts with BBS 5 and not BBS 4... So i have BBS 3 and BBS 5 but no BBS 4. I mean it doesn't bother me so much but it's weird.
BBS 4 (M3 GTR rim) isn't unlockable anymore.

It was unlockable via the gift package placed on top of Los Santos Stadium.
BBS 4 will be available soon, probably in December
But im Already got it lol
