1.Record the game with fraps or some recording program.
2.Render the video in some video editing program like sony vegas as an mp4 file.
3.Go to a site like this http://ezgif.com/ and convert the video to a gif and download it.

4.Upload the gif to a site like http://giphy.com/ and insert it to a thread as a image.
