Need For Speed :: San Andreas

When I bought this car stock, it gets a 4-speed. 

After I installed the setup below my car gets 5-speed:
Engine - Pro
Drivetrain - Pro
ECU - Pro
Tires - Street
Suspension - Street
Brakes - Street
Weight Reduction - Street
Turbo - Race (I suspect upgrading this one caused the "bug".)
Nitrous - Race

But after I installed Turbo - Pro my car went back to 4-speed. Bug?

EDIT: bugged 4th gear is longer than usual as I observed. I mean, it's way longer than a normal gear ratio. (i.e. gear starts from ~190km/h all the way up to 315km/h)

EDIT #2: Fixed if Tires - Race is fitted.

Who makes race-Cadrona? Lol
