Hello maybe if someone know there is a mod called gta : undergorund, and my propostion is to make islands from gta vc and gta 3 in nfs:sa.
It would have many work on it beacuse of police update and spawn point, but it can make airports better, beacuse from ls airport you can travel to the vice city airport etc. And there is 1 question. Is this possible to make singleplayer mod in Mta?

No. I dont feel like we really need this. Let admins decide, but I can't agree on that.
About your second question: it is impossible to make SP mode in MTA.

That would take a lot of time and work. I don't really feel like we need it.
