My suggestion is very easy.
Making a Vinyl Creator. WTF is that?? 
For example. You got circle, squares etc. and some letters, numbers and brand logos.
You can use ex. 20 "objects" and after save you can add this on Slot.
It will be better, because now If you want add Number, ex 27, you lost 2 slots.

So basically your own vinyl creator? Nice idea, however knowing our administrators it will be limited to premium accounts xD

Or just option. Standard 15 layers, premium unlimited

I'm pretty sure it's currently impossible to have many more layers than the current limit allows.

Not layers on car, but editor. There's Graffiti Script for MTA so You can make something similar

But there's logo creator for crews. You can make it using about 20 vinyls and put on your car. What's wrong then?
