So In the game, we could not play with out car's rpm meanwhile I love to play my car throttle, even in real life, I always did it with my bike without thinking how much fuel burnt and wasted, it's about sound bruh

So that's why I came here to suggest something new

We could rev our car while it is in idle, so It will fun to rev our car and see backfires from our car
and also, clutches maybe? so you can spin you tires wherever you need to drift or do 360 turn like "pro mlg iluminazi noscoper xddd "

what's the benefits of these? well there wouldn't be much benefit, but It will make the game more fun and interesting to play.
based on my observations, the tachometer here seemed tied up with speed, instead of RPM itself. notice downshifts and upshifts occurs on the exact same speed.
so maybe a rework is needed.
I Guess it would be a good idea...but it would be a pain in the ass if you consider GTA SA limitations

This.
In my opinion, the only thing about revving NFS:SA staff could do is actually "revving in first gear", meaning they'd take the sound when you speed up from first gear, and place it when you actually do so. Dunno if you get me, I don't even know if THIS could be possible at all.
