Need For Speed :: San Andreas

So, Idk if someone already posted this problem, but i couldnt seem to find anything about this. 
I've seen a Washington in a race with flying Decals. I went to investigate the problem, and tried it myself on my Cheetah.



Im pretty sure its not supposed to look like that

Yeah, it's known bug, we can't do anything about that without rewriting decals system
