Need For Speed :: San Andreas

I maxed (only suspension - street and stock weight reduction) my Counthash and when I was checking vmax noticed odd thing with 5 gear, link to video ( http://tnij.at/126827 ).

I dont see anything odd, mind explainng it more in detail?

And when youre talking about not reaching the top speed then that happens alot. I own counthash myself and you just need to pump nos to reach 406 TS

Counthash full with Tires at 0 have ~370 score and at 5th Gear, engine sound turn off, ofc to reach vmax u need to use nos.
Counthash is realy bugged.
