Fix the arrows, many of them are flying, change some arrows with own-made barriers as it would make it more aesthetically. Some arrows are just useless and make the map look ugly so change them.

I'll take it. Anyhow, let's see what admins think tho.
Half the track is on dirt roads, with Offroad gamemode now on NFSSA i'm going to decline this track.
