Need For Speed :: San Andreas

I'm new to the server and when I finish creating driver, the loading screen never finishes, but when I press ESC I see the car selection menu. I don't know what happens.

What's your pc configuration?

I was able to create it pressing escape and enter a lot of times, it created a driver with a Bravura. What do you mean with my PC configuration?
