Need For Speed :: San Andreas

The Otaku culture is one of the biggest in the world and I won't accept such behavior! I request immediate actions against him!!
I got muted for calling someone in the Japanese version (he didn't like it but I didn't break any rules theoretically) 

1. General
    a) Behave appropriately. Do not spam, flame, be offensive to other players. - Useless Junk
    b) Any inappropriate behavior may cause you being muted, kicked or banned after being warned by Administration. -Still Junk
    c) Being impolite to other players, abusing (harrasment / trolling) may cause you being muted, kicked or banned. - Like I said, Jap version of the name, showing him respect, I might add
    d) Do not use inappropriate player name, such as names that harasses celebrities, or other players. - Do we really have to talk about this?
    e) Administration will NEVER ask you for your personal data, or passwords. Please have that in mind. - Junk
    f) Every action that leads to obtaining personal data or passwords will cause you being banned. - Still Junk

2. Chat
    a) No disruptive arguments/discussions in chat (such as political or religious discussions, racism or discrimination).
    b) Spamming may cause you being muted or kicked, after being warned.
    c) Do not advertise anything. If you want to advertise something related to server, use forum.
    d) In Global Chat ( g ) you can only use english language. To speak in your language use only language chat ( u ).
    e) Using wrong chat will cause you being muted, kicked or banned.

Could admin should perm mute you? stop said japanese version, like said me is a mario.
