Recently i was browsing mta forums and found this:
1. Wet roads:

2.Dynamic lights:

3. xrParticlesEditor. With help of it in certain places can be added fog or dust:

Can something like this be added to the server?

That with the wet Road would be very nice.
It would be very cool if its a real time reflection like in NFS Underground/2

Iam definitely for it!
1. If it's dynamic then we can add it for sure. We will need dynamic weather for this to work properly (in plans).
2. Could be added too.
3. In general particles in SA are such a pain for the PC to handle them well. I don't see a big advantage of this shader when all you get is lag.
Wet roads is an dynamic shader. There's even version with real-time generated rain drops, but it's not released (and probably won't).
About xrParticlesEditor: if there's not much particles, even potato can handle it well. But, as i said, it can be used only for certain places, not the whole map (yeah, it's not a shader).

I know these shaders and there are many problems. There are huge conflicts with other shaders and are very limited. Also (especially dynamic lights) won't work at all on server with high amount of players like nfssa.
