Need For Speed :: San Andreas

This suddenly appeared every now and then. This disappears when in garage but when I do freeroam it appears again.

I had the same bug with paint shop bruh, it happens

It doesn't happen on my desktop but with my laptop it always has been since. Both sports 8GB ram.

Change your vinyl quality to something else and back in f11 > video, it will clear vinyl cache and fix this
