Need For Speed :: San Andreas

Some parked cars in races are randomised, but there's a problem with it - the car seems to be different for every player. This isn't great as different cars have different collisions, so some players will face a worse obstacle than others. Here are two screenshots of the same place, from the same race, from two different players:



As you can see I have a Bobcat, whereas Quindo has a Majestic. What's going on here?
