There are a lot of handling changes lately, so I decide to suggest more of them.

Futo - was the best in e class, now it's kind of worst. Was it really so OP? I think restore old handling and bring back top times is a right choice.

Uranus - It's actually good car with good setup, but when you max it out it slides way too much. Make it a little more stable, similiar like last Buffalo update.

Sentinel - was nerfed few times, maybe now it's time to buff it? Because it have so much creepy understeer.

Elegy - Similiar like Sentinel. B class car with great acceleration but cornering is just horrible, especially compared to Super GT or Sultan.

Banshee, Cheetah, Infernus, Comet(optional) - Those cars are turning like crazy, they makes Bullet feels like shit. Decent traction nerf is needed.

Maybe
Futo - No
Uranus - Just like Monroe is a setup car so, yeah No
Sentinel - Still good even with the understeering
Elegy - If that car had good turning it would be OP, then No
A class cars - Well, Banshee is average, comet has slow acceleration, cheetah has weird suspension, and Infernus already got nerfed so meh
About Elegy i'm not telling to meke it OP but make it able to compete with other B class cars. It's just too much worse than Sultan and Super GT, just like you can see here for example: http://imgur.com/a/3oS7s

Its the driver..
Elegy is clearly worse than most of B class cars in races, but it's an awesome drift, drag and even speedtrap car.

Then maybe it don't deserve to be in B class.
Then read 2nd part of my post.
Elegy has good grip on tires but handles like a truck without power steering. Improving it's handling may make it OP. I never considered it for drifting because of the same reason.
Infernus used to have similiar handling to elegy and it got buffed even too much but Elegy got to stay as it is because it's drift car? Well, Infernus was better for drift before too.
