i cant add my own songs to the server, btw. it says the file cant be found everytime. I tryed with total commander but it doesnt help really. Huh
i have this problem too !
Make sure that you put files in proper directory and you type proper file name in panel.

Mógłbyś też dla mnie w wersji Polskiej ? Ponieważ też mam ten problem a nie rozumiem za bardzo angielskiego ;c

Dla testu ustawiłem sobie wszystko na nazwę X album wykonawce, obrazek pliku też miałem.

Dla testu ustawiłem sobie wszystko na nazwę X album wykonawce, obrazek pliku też miałem.

Im set all in name X and this mp3 Sound have picture/image
And nothing...
Make sure you put the files in:
MTA San Andreas 1.4\mods\deathmatch\resources\audiosystem\music
and not 
MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources\audiosystem\music

Because even 1.5 reads the files from 1.4 for some reason. It worked perfectly for me!

You have that because you have installed few versions of MTA and for some reason your desktop icon launches MTA from 1.4 where in fact installed is MTA 1.5.
But ye, it's common so check your directories. I don't have this problem because I always manualy set installation directory for MTA.
