You're using the one that can be downloaded on the server ?
If yes, it might just be not well configured, because for me it works perfectly.

try these settings in the enbseries files :

still nothing, even if i play normal gta;sa.
I've installed mta:sa in other folder, does it matter?
Nah, the ENB is on the GTA SA foler, so it's only by the game that it bugs,

what are your PC specs?
Main: ASRock FM2A58M-VG3+
Procesor: AMD Athlon X4 845 Quad Core 3.5 GHz
RAM: HyperX FURY DDR3 8GB
Graphic: Zotac GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB DDR5
Yeah, your PC seems on point for MTA so it wont come from it. Maybe try another ENB or deleting it and re-paste it on your GTA San Andreas folder ?
Maybe try first turn off NFSSA Shaders?
Might be the graphic card's driver. To my experience, NVIDIA drivers are extremely unstable, specially on AMD builds from your generation (same as mine).
I actually had to trade my NVIDIA card I had at the time (pretty high end and everything) for a cheaper AMD just so I could turn on my PC like it's supposed to, so I would really consider driver issues in NVIDIA products if everything else is fine.
Idk, mby i should delete this enb, too much fucking with it ;p

btw. ty for helping me
