When we are enabling the minimum - maximum score in custom races we are able to set the minimum score over maximum

Yea... This is something weird, but this useless anyway since no one will be able to join your room.

It's not really creating race with those scores, your min score is invalid, and because that the crated race is limited to 100-430 score, not 699-430. The scores are limited to 100-600 range, 699 is out of that range, so it defaults to 100. If you input something like 560-540 then it's gonna make it 560-600. Moving to archive, I'm probably gonna add error messages when players input invalid scores.
