I saw the first 2 seasons of JoJo's Adventure, and they were really good, but as soon as season 3 hit I couldn't watch anymore because they brought in terot cards (mind spelling), and in such a serious manner I just couldn't take it, because then you get into the whole religion debate and at that point why even bother? Now, I don't mind an anime that has terot cards in it, in fact i'm watching a show called Elegant Yokai Apartment Life, it has terot cards in it, but it takes more of a lighter tone and, to me at least, is a bit more enjoyable to watch. I just didn't like the way JoJo's was going about it.
Gonna be honest, never seen any of those titles but i do appreciate the recommendations. Most of the anime I watch ends up being good. One Piece by the way is a show that is good if you can get into it, but it took me something like 30 or 40 episodes before i got to that point. It does take time to go through them, but if you can devote like 6 or 7 episodes a day it goes by pretty quick. Can certainly understand if you don't have that much time, but when I first started OP i looked at it as this was a show i could watch long term because there were so many episodes. i'll have to watch those others some time soon.
