Hi! I just found this server today, and I am so hyped to get started on it. It's amazing the sheer work that must have gone into it.
IRL my name is Patrick. I love playing video games, hated when NFS World died, and I drive an e46 BMW 325i IRL. I am also learning Japanese because I love anime, and would love to be able to watch without having to read the subtitles. Can't really say much else about me at the moment. I've played NFS growing up, NFSU2, NFSMW, NFSC, those games were basically my childhood. I'm excited to get started.

You seem like a really great guy! I played the same games as you and also hated when NFSW died, specially because I didn't have time to save my profile offline, so I lost everything. That pissed me off! They could at least have sent an email! But no, nothing, and I wasn't checking on the forums regularly so I totally missed it. ... And a small piece of history was lost...

I know, it was awful when NFSW died. I had invested so much time and money into that game, but I knew it was coming as soon as they wouldn't fix voice chat/removed races. It had been going down for a while, that was just due to the leadership there.
I'm into several different kinds of Anime. I love One Piece, Naruto (now Boruto), Shin Sekai Yori, Re:Zero, Konosuba, Erased, Akame Ga Kill, Death Parade, Attack on Titan (or as its known in Japan, Shingeki no Kyojin), Yuri on Ice, i've also been catching up on Yamishibai because it's getting closer to Halloween. That pretty much sums it up, though i'im sure there's some I forgot.
Also, I need to make note that I won't be able to play on the server until Thursday. My internet is messed up so bad, to the point that basically only this forums website and Google services work. I've been told it has to be until thursday to fix it, but i've also been told that might be moved up. IDK, i'll update you all when I find out more information.

Yeah, the money spent in NFSW... That part also pissed me off, paying for something then have it removed, it's pretty much stealing, although this wasn't the only game that did it.
I haven't watched a single one of those anime... I'm into older and lighter stuff, things I used to watch as a kid and simple comedies, like ... Things I don't remember the name of. Osomatsu-kun, 79's Doraemon, One-Punch Man, Mob Psycho 100, Nichijou and a few movies are what comes to mind right now.
Good luck with your internet problems, I also have an issue that keeps me from playing. My MTA keeps crashing during Freerun and I can't figure out why. It's a random thing, though, so I can play for a while and do some races, but then, a crash comes at a random time, be it in Freerun, Garage or even during races, but it's mostly in Freerun. I literally can't make a magazine run without having the game crash somewhere in the middle, so my income is pretty close to nothing everytime I play, and I'm stalled with the same cars at the same tune.
And that pretty much sums it up.
I used to watch Naruto as a kid. I do occasionally enjoy some really light anime, though I really appreciate when an anime has a really good story behind it. I guess Sakura Quest is the most light hearted anime i've seen recently, but yeah all of those anime I listed earlier have a really good story. Interesting because if it has a good story you get into it then you can't stop. That's how I was able to watch all of Naruto and One Piece. Literally, when I first started watching anime, I saw about 1300 episodes in 4 or 5 months..... LOL. The only way to get through shows like that is to binge the heck out of it. One Piece, for example, has north of 700 episodes in it. It's got so much content that you could literally watch 2 a day for a year and still not be done, because they keep releasing episodes every week. I will check out those titles you listed. I've heard of One punch man and Mob psycho 100, but the other's i'll have to see if I can find on the internet.
They worked a little bit on my internet today and it seems to be back up, so that's good. we'll have to wait to see what happens.
sorry to hear about your crashing! It could be anything from if you have mods installed to your settings being messed up, to your computer having a virus. i'm not sure. I haven't crashed like that, and i'm running a stock game with no mods (yet) lol.
The crashes are either a corrupted OS, faulty drivers or faulty hardware. My computer is partly used old parts, so, I wouldn't find it odd for it to be a problem with the graphics card or motherboard. I suspect those two the most, although I know the hard drive is not in good shape either, since it has corrupted a ton of files before.
Yeah, I totally know what you mean, when I started One-Punch Man, I just couldn't stop, I stayed up till 6 AM binge watching the whole first season! It was that good. And with Mob Psycho, it was almost the same, although OPM was a lot better. OPM is the only cartoon series I ever watched twice, and the only manga I follow. It's just so freaking good... It's why I am so afraid of lengthy animes. Xb
Osomatsu-kun is from the 60's and 80's (the 80's one was the one that was on here when I was a kid), but you might like Osomatsu-san that came out recently, it's very funny, although it's more intended for adults. 79's Doreamon was also one I saw as a kid, but most episodes are kinda "meh", however, some are just bloody crazy. Nichijou is... well, it's crazy and you won't stop laughing, it's also pretty funny. I've always had luck with the animes I choose to watch, they always end up being pretty cool.
I've been to take a look at One Piece more than once, but the length scares me if I get hooked. I've been getting good feedback about JoJo's Adventure too, still haven't decided to take the leap, though.
