0:38 - you should do something about that jump...you should just delete the place's fencing. or align the ramp with the subway station's corner, otherwise, taking that shortcut takes more time going through the normal way
2:49 - close the sewer entrance to the right
Besides all that, I bellieve that the map only needs some cosmetic working, I mean, some stuff that would shape the track into a place that a race would be taken, some road itens, construction stuff, perhaps some random cars arround, stuff like that alleyway behind the hospital, but, more spread acros LS.
