You mean infinte loading screen?
This doesn't help us at all. We need more data, like your PC configuration, logs and stuff.
I had the same problem. Somebody just left race or have massive lags which enforces time out. So you wait... and wait... and wait (last waiting time was 5:12 mins xd)
I think it will be added to server bugs because it's happening from time to time
