for a long time I have a problem with a comfortable playing on the server. Well, every few minutes in the game pops up this message. I tried some guides but unfortunately did not help. Go into your GTA SA directory, and remove the d3d9.dll, that should solve the problem.
Probably a bugged/outdated ENB Series, or just a left over from an older version of that mod.

I still have this problem and there are no older versions because this is v1.0
uninstall the game and MTA, install again (make sure to remove any mods manually), also if u have GTA:SA from steam just pirate one off piratebay, you've already paid for it
