The idea is to make all garages for sale, except the main one from which you started. New garages would provide some of car slots (1-2) and the ability to teleport to them (from garage to garage). The price depends on garage size and location, probably starting around couple of thousands.
Pros:
Teleportation would reduce travelling time in freerun (magazines, meets etc.)
New car slots = new cars :p
Cons:
Premium players might feel undervalued for the car slots
