The title says it all.

Who thought putting police on the highway was a good idea, police on the highway, seriously?
How else can we test our cars's top speed and drive around freely?

Better option is just add additional setting "turn off police patrols" or u can just use duel bug to disable it

But yeah. Better option would be to completely disable it

Honestly i like to see people struggle with them so i am in the no side. In your case, we probably need a very long test track for top speed test in dyno test menu, something like nascar track or some sort, or even another LV highway but as a closed area.
