I've been mute a few times during the week and you're the only one who does it yokou. You mute because of my bind that does not have any bad meaning.

There is no insult in bind.Totally recreational.

You say that it pollutes chat but I  talking to my friends global chat a fun bind that.

If this is a mute penalty warning banned in binds...

warning bind: 'English only on global chat, use U for language chat!'

unfortunately my friends are not in the same language section and If you want to ask someone else.

Then you have crew channel for it, not global channel for it.
Global channel is for global, general conversations, not for private fun part that everyone has too see where not everyone wants to.
+ how can we know are you friends and you're insulting each other for fun? We can't.
Use global channel for things that global channel is created for and use private chats for such things.

Mute is fair and won't be taken.
