In current URl system there are few things that I don't like. I'll propose some solutions.

 Less rooms with diffrent score limits (less rooms means more players each room); progressive reward system to make higher score rooms more popular (100% represents current RP & cash reward)
                                     
 200 - 80% reward         
 280 - 90% reward
 360 - 100% reward
 440 - 110% reward
 unlimited - 120% reward

 Remove 2 wins per tournament limit (some players are losing in purpose to play 3 or 4 times per tournament and get more reward total)

 Remove voting for race map direction because players are mostly voting for default not for reversed track version and reversed tracks are played very rare. Leave only voting for maps and apply chosing maps direction automatically.

 Add warning message for players with low score cars trying to join much higher score room (Because they are ussauly afk or begging for wait at finish line and let them finish too or they are just leaving tournament)

 Add some ranking similiar to Bounty from police chases based on total points or wins or something from URl.

 Scores, handlings...
 Current score system is far away from perfection but one noticable thing is B class with almost the same scores as C class, I think B class should have higher scores especially at the beggining, I remember stock B class was around 270 before and that was better.

 Bake balance of FWD cars is ussualy moved back and make rear wheels lock when braking which makes you lose control, even if you put brake bias +10 front in dyno it's still not enough. Default brake bias should be set more to front.

 Small nerf for Infernus because this car dominates A class, it's a little overpowered and overused.
 Very small nerf for Cheetah.

What, nothing about the 60 seconds time limit once the first guys passes the finish line?
Make it 80 seconds or make the track have less laps! I always end up 2 laps behind the guy in the lead and can't finish almost half of the times. The position I'm at doesn't even count for score and that pisses me off.
There's not even a chance to be in the lead because cars of the same score have brutal performance differences, there's no way to catch them at straights if the driver is half decent, since my only way to pass any car is at the corners, but every time I can make it, they zoom right past me at the next straight. Either their cars are that much better, or my cars run on piss...
I got my Jester on 249 score and not even that one's got a chance, best I did was 6th with two races not finished.

what? so unlimited u can complete faster and u want bigger reward? c'mon

60s is fine for normal URL but it should be expand for Special URL's with longer distance, I mean distance dependent. And I know that car scores are meaningless but I don't really care anymore because NFSSA Team can't do proper score system for 2 years. I think the best solution is to delete car scores and replace them with something else.

If you ever try to join unlimited you'll see it's not that easy. There is ussauly not much players joining, sometimes it doesn't even start and i'm not telling about late night tournaments. Unlimited and 450 is just not very popular, most players are playing 300, 350 and 400. Less rooms and progressive rewards cold fix the issue.
I am yes with the less rooms. The progressive rewards shouldn't be necessary if there's no 2 wins limit since you can farm faster and better on Unlimited without the win limit.

It's how it should be - good players loses URLs on purpose so they farm more AND give chance to win to others, they also want to win and unlock Locust

Sorry, but this make no sense for me. What's good in giving wins? Why should I even take a part in tournament if not for win it?
I'm ussualy not giving wins and I'm pissed off that after 2 tournaments I can't play anymore. Worse players should try to improve their skills and car setups, not winning because others can't play anymore.
Actually, "skill" is not a problem here but something else.
At the begin there was no limit at all and guess how did it end: players stopped playing URLs because always same players where winning and there where no chances to catch them.
Catch them? As I said, it's not about skill actually but something else that only few persons know about it how it exactly works and this is the real problem here. We are working on it and should be fixed/reduced soon.

 I don't know about this 'something else' is it about bugged score, kind of tapping or other glitch?. Still i used to got no problem with unlock Locust 69 and now I'm playing URL because I like it and I just want it to be more challenging and enjoyable. It's just annoying if I'm doing well and winning and then I got the message that I can't join anymore. That's why I want to get rid of the limit.
 Anyway, Good luck with fixing the mystery 'something else' thing and I hope that you consider the changes that I proposed too.
It's better to unhappy 5% players with limit than rest of them by no limit.
