I would like the ranking of the number of records to be made. Many people argue about who is the best driver. I think that such a ranking is needed
This is not something to argue about, who's the best driver is entirely one person's opinion. Besides there aren't any valid method to determine who's best such as ratio and etc since those are most likely abusable.
While an in-game statistic of all time records achieved could be a nice addition to the server, I think you can't really determine who's the best driver unless an official racing tournament (not url) takes place and all contestants have even chances and that includes restriction by classes and having a stable 60fps which not many people have. At least that's my perspective.
I don't think a All times counting can determinates the best driver from the server, but is a good statistic to the player.
Good idea, and easy to do. This ranking will be better than the most useless ranking -> ratio

So you have never worked with relative databases and optimization.
In a shortcut: counting records and making ranking of it is at the moment the most complicated thing to do here.

I guess the idea is just to count who have mostly 1# All times, if someone beat a record of a player.
new player = new player + 1
old player = old player - 1
But as Bartek said, the system is very hard to do. So I understand if the suggestion isn't accepted.
Work with database and changing the values almost everytime is really sucks.

Yeah, totally agree. Some very good drivers don't even try to do toptimes, because they think toptimes are unnecesarry.
I don't think that I am good, but I think the same. I don't care about making tons of toptimes
^ i have some top times, but im not focused on making it, more on making url setups, but still its will be better than ratio ranking XD
