Just turn off collisions from freerun, beacouse:
-Daily Magazines
-Trolls
-Illegaly helpers on duels
-Somebody can push you when you doing stunts
-More FPS

How about passive mode instead? Everybody could have this option and turning it on would disable collisions for their own vehicle.
