Modern(ish) GUI

So, i know that this is not what you're worry about for now, but tell me... is that even possible?

I mean not exactly this, but something like it. Something more modern and comfortable, but at the same time it must fit in the "streetricer" atmosphere.
Also, it must be customizable (maybe even with TP or BP). Not only speedos, but nav. panel at the top-right corner too.

Gui is already customizable. Imo the top panel with RP, $, maybe current time etc. will do the work, something like it was in NFSW. I think it's also easier to do than remaking whole gui.

Under customization i mean changing colors and place of everything, not only the texture of speedometer.
I mean that tachometer can be placed under the speedo, map can be moved to the left, nav. panel can be moved to the top.
Speedo can glow yellow, map can glow blue.
By standart speedos on the sportcar and... walton will be different, but that can be changed in the accessories shop. Sportcar will have more F1(-ish) speedo with tachometer around it or like that.
