Okay, so, this is what happened, that EchoQuyix or whatever his name is started talking whatever god know what language on English Language chat, which I have pictures of, and I told them to spot multiple times, and I said it on Global as well, and of course, since no mod did anything I insulted them calling them Dumbheads, hoping they would pay attention to what I am saying, to which he started flaming on global chat, and in the end, I was the one getting muted. Lemme post some pictures.

I know peeps like Skript happy, but his overall cancerous behavior is only more showing me that bencxx was not the bad guy in LHM, but people like him. ( this is for you, Skript )

I also want to add the fact that Echowhateverhisnaemwas also still did not get muted, I think Osvaldo is a bit sided in this shit. I am wondering why you have given him Smod anyways, he barely does anything on the server, there are people like Mickey that actually work and are friendly and care about the server, and then there are people like Osvaldo who only do races, don't care about the chat or anything else, you barely see Osvaldo muting anyone or saying anything to anyone or helping anyone, and then you see Mickey who does all this shit and also keeps a straight face while doing it.

English lang channel was indeed (like usually though) filled with stuff that is not in English. That channel (LanguageChannel English) either has to be moderated or removed because currently this is a unmoderated mess that always violates server rules:

Like that dude over there said. I am okay with being muted, but I want to be muted cuz I called them dumbheads, not because I was trying to help, and not for a fucking year. The dude doing all this shit did not get muted and not even warned, yet though Osvaldo knowing what he did, is this how a moderator should act? In the pictures you can also see the fact that I was not even trying to fight him, I was more trying to get Osvaldo's attention to the situation happening...

Well, in my point of view your mute is way too long, even if you were muted many times in the past. "Dumbhead" is not that offensive.
I guess Osvaldo hasn't seen the whole conversation, but it's not really an explanation of length of this mute.
And Echo should be muted for provocations and speaking non-English in that channel.
Reminder: this is just my point of view.

I won't say speaking non-English speaking there is allowed, but what's the point of having this language channel in English if we have Global chat? It kinda works fine as a random language channel and everyone seems to get used with it so i don't see why you should mad at him, especially if you can just /clang disable or set your Language channel to your language.
Edit : Why do you even talk and argue on the English language channel in the first place? intentionally trying to make a fuss?
