This is a Racing game server, you should race and have fun, not fight or talk shit on chat. "I feel unconfortable with mods on, and I can't be myself", well why don't you try being "yourself" in a job interview, let's see how much go aways you will get, you're playing in a public server, you should respect people and people should respect you, mods are here to prevent a mess on the chat, and punish rule breakers, just like guards would do if you do something wrong in a establishment. You can be yourself with mods on, just avoid breaking the rules, simple.
Some mods warn on chat "don't flood" for example, others mute for 5 min to 10 as a "warn", and this time increases if the person don't stop. We never mute for no reason, if it does, we unmute it shortly thereafter. And bans are always discussed between us, you will never see a random ban.
