You cannot buy an unban. What is your in game name? What was the ban message and how long are you banned? Also, by who were you banned?

my name is Osva , i were banned for 30 days : reason flaming , ramming . I tried to join from my second pc to server to see how many days left till unban , i joined i played for a few hours and Nhung banned me for reason : serial changer , idk what this means and i dont know what to do
Please change my ban for 30 days not serial ban :/
