Kinda too "arrowy"... Just replace those by invisible objects.

Yeah those arrow spam at early part is ridiculous. People are not that dumb to know that they shouldn't go there. And instead of putting invisible walls, which will make that part hollow, you can put shabbyhouse (or idk what is it called) like that one on 0:41 and fill it through that straight line until the road end. You should also consider what to do with the empty plots on the other side of the street.
Also, that 2 houses on 0:36 is quite unpleasing to look at, put something more fitting for such big empty space.

I did your thing to that big space on 0:36 and doing the fir part with some another houses so wait like for 30m for the update of map

Looks just right, although i prefer arrows than police roadblocks. Nice work on those blank spaces.
